I'm so very glad you're here! I'm Summer Goddard, the face and photographer behind Bella Rose Portraits, located in Chesapeake, Virginia. I am honored that you are considering me to capture your baby's first year!
I have specialized in newborn, sitter, and first birthday cake smash portrait photography since 2012. My studio provides a relaxed, peaceful environment to safely capture your little one. Your baby's safety is a priority for me and I am trained and very experienced in working with babies and gently handling and safely posing newborns.
My goal is to provide you with beautiful images that you can display as art on your walls and curate in beautiful, heirloom albums that can be passed on to future generations.

Summer was so wonderful to work with for our newborn photos! She was gentle and patient with our baby and her helpful tips and guidance ensured we were well prepared for our photo day. We had a wonderful experience capturing our daughter's first birthday with Bella Rose Portraits! Summer was so great to work with and was incredibly helpful from start to finish.
